The C-Platform is an avenue where beginners can learn about the knowledge and craft about coffee, and coffee enthusiasts can use as a test ground to enhance their knowledge and skills on coffee.
This platform is equipped with coffee gadgets, apparatus and machines to allow one to understand and learn about coffee beyond the bean.
C-Platform holds classes for small groups.
Latte Art
Latte Art
Latte Art is for students armed with a solid foundation in proper espresso extraction and milk texturing who wish to work on their latte art skills. We will strongly recommend taking the Espresso Redefined or Espresso For Home first before signing up for this class. During this 3 hour session, students will be taught the fundamentals of free pour latte art, namely the Heart, Tulip, Rosetta. Each class is limited to 6 students.

All participants will receive a course certificate from Papa Palheta upon completion of this workshop.

As we would like to provide the most conducive environment for our participants, we require a minimum sign-up of 3 participants to confirm each session. In the event that a particular session does not meet the minimum sign-up, participants will be notified and we will reschedule their session to the next available date.
